Esplanade Theatres

The Esplanade Theatres are two massive theatres that overlook Singapore's Marina Bay.  The S$600 million buildings were completed in 2002 and resemble durian fruit.

The 1,600 seat concert hall is home to the Singapore Symphony Orchestra and is renown for its acoustics.  Visitors to Singapore can purchase symphony tickets between noon and 8:30 PM daily.
